Shipping Policy/Product Guarantee

Live Arrival Guarantee:

***Priority express shipping must be selected and you must accept the delivery in person live arrival to guarantee***

If you receive dead silkworms and have selected Priority Express:

You must let us know within 24 hours upon receiving your silkworms (after 24 hours, we will not replace dead silkworms). After notifying us, send the dead silkworms back to us for replacements (shipping charges for returned silkworms are your responsibility). We will not replace any silkworms that are not sent back to us.

​If your silkworms cocoon, please contact us for a return shipping label. We will swap out each cocoon for two silkworms. Just ship the cocoons back to us and we will send you two silkworms for each cocoon.

All sales are final-no refunds. If, for some reason,  there is an issue with your order, please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy:

FEDEX Home/USPS Priority Shipping:

Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will ship same day.

Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. ​
